You can reset your password by selecting 'Forgot my password' at the login page.

How can I create an account?

You can create your Lavandré account by clicking on the 'My account' section located in the menu at the top of our website. Then fill in the obligatory information and click on register.

What are the advantages of creating an account?

Creating an account enables you to be identified quickly by Lavandré when you make online purchases. You can also consult your order history, track delivery of your orders, exchange or return products and update your contact information.

Can I make changes to or delete my account?

You can modify the information on your Lavandré account by navigating to the 'My Account' section. Click on 'Account details' to change or delete any information.
