How do I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your recent order(s) by visiting your order page in the 'My account' section. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Lavandré orders. You will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password.

The orders page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's website, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us withing 15 minutes of order placement by contacting a Lavandré Representative through chat or phone, and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order.

How can I get an invoice for my order?

For all orders placed on our website, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. Your invoice will also be accessible from your customer account on the website by visiting the 'My orders' section, then clicking on the invoice you wish to download.

If you placed your order as a guest, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. Should you wish to obtain a duplicate invoice. Please contact our customer service.
