How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at the checkout based on the items in your cart and your location. Shipping is free on all orders starting from €150.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will arrive approximately in 2-3 working days from the day of purchase. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
What do I need to do if my product is damaged?
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately.
Please provide the order number along with your e-mail address and phone number for the fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
What do I need to do if part of my order is missing?
It is possible that your order is dispatched in several shipments. If this happens, please check the track and trace number in the 'My Account' section or contact a Lavandré Representative.
