What is your return policy?
We accept returns on items purchased from Lavandré within 14 days. The products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
How do I place a return or exchange?
To return or exchange an item, please reach out to a Lavandré Representative with your order number and which items you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with a shipping label.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment.
