How do I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your recent order(s) by visiting your order page in the 'My account' section. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Lavandré orders. You will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password.

The orders page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's website, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment for purchases on Lavandre.com can be made using debit and credit cards (Visa / Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, iDeal, Bancontact / Mister Cash.

How can I get my VAT back?

On the checkout page, you can enter a valid European VAT number. For non-NL businesses, the VAT will automatically be removed from the order when the VAT number is recognized.

What do I need to do if part of my order is missing?

It is possible that your order is dispatched in several shipments. If this happens, please check the track and trace number in the 'My Account' section or contact a Lavandré Representative.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

You can reset your password by selecting 'Forgot my password' at the login page.
